This website is to be used as a means of reporting Insulation Contractors who do not pay for the material they have received. Nonpayment for material received has become as serious matter and its time we work together to clean up this industry.

How does the spray foam blacklist work?

SprayFoamBlacklist.com is FREE to use. Our intent is to “weed out” all of the Insulation Contractors
who have a bad habit of running up thousands of dollars of invoices and then not paying for them and then running to the next distributor and doing the same thing. Continue reading for more information.

Register

Once your company representative fills out the Request Access page, at that time your company will be verified by a representative from SprayFoamBlacklist.com and only upon verification your company be granted access.

Search

After login, you will be able to search for any Insulation Contractor. Keeping member information private, you will see the amounts past due for each Insulation Contractor you searched for. This will allow your company to make a credit decision based on your results.

Contribute

Your company will have access to add all your Insulation Contractors that have outstanding invoices with your company and refuse to pay. When you add a new blacklisted contractor, all members will receive notification to help prevent extending more credit to that contractor.

Your Blacklist Dashboard

The dashboard will give you quick insights into how much you have outstanding as well as recently added contractors to watch out for.

Using the blacklist, you can search for your customer and see if they are blacklisted by other members and how much money they owe. Would you want to take on that additional risk knowing that they are not paying multiple members?

You can add individual past due invoices or upload a csv file or Quickbooks export. The more data you provide, the more other manufacturers and distributors will avoid the contractors that do not pay on time or jump from distributor to distributor.
